We endorse the UK Stewardship Code
http://www.frc.org.uk/images/uploaded/documents/UK%20Stewardship%20Code%20July%2020103.pdf and follow its principles to the extent proportionate and relevant for the funds we manage. We monitor investee companies frequently and as required, and have a general policy to vote with the Board of the investee companies on routine matters when we exercise proxies on behalf of the funds we manage. We do not use a voting advisory service. We adhere to a Conflicts of Interest policy. We consider explanations made in relation to the UK Corporate Governance Code.
